After moving to the United States in 1997, Josef's combined
interests in the fine arts, teaching, and positive life
change led him to the Alexander Technique. Soon after, Josef
began to pursue formal training as an Instructor in the
Alexander Technique.
Certified since 2000, he has helped a variety of students
to gain better health and improve their abilities in performing
arts, in sports, and in everyday life.
Josef says, "It is a wonderful experience to see the cause
and solutions of problems and to experience the growth of
my students in every lesson."

"One of the most remarkable of man's characteristics
is his capacity for becoming used to conditions of
almost any kind, whether good or bad, both in the
self and in the environment, and once he has become
used to such conditions they seem to him both right
and natural."
